Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service or to purchase credits. By using Orb, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Entertainment purposes only

Orb provides readings, guidance, and related content for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only. Readings are not factual statements, predictions of actual future events, or professional services, and no particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. You should use your own judgment and not rely on any reading as a basis for important decisions.

3. Our advisors and how payments work

Readings are delivered by advisors engaged by Seventy Souls Tech Group Ltd to provide services through the Service. Advisors provide readings exclusively on our behalf. We are responsible for the service you receive and we set the standards, availability, pricing, and conduct requirements that apply to every reading.

You purchase credits from Seventy Souls Tech Group Ltd only. You never pay an advisor directly, no part of your payment is passed to an advisor on your behalf, and advisors are compensated separately by us for the services they provide. Orb is not a marketplace, does not act as an agent for advisors, and does not facilitate or transmit payments between users and advisors.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing provided through the Service is, or is a substitute for, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for such matters. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.

5. Your account

You may use the Service as a guest (with an anonymous identifier) or by signing in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You may maintain only one account and may not share, sell, or transfer it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Credits, pricing, and payment

The Service uses virtual credits to access advisor sessions. Credits are a digital product for use within the Service only: they are not legal tender or currency, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy. The number of credits and the price are shown to you before you pay. All purchases are one-time charges in the currency shown at checkout — there is no subscription or recurring billing. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”); we do not collect or store your full payment-card number. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement under our payment descriptor, referencing Orb and/or our legal entity, together with the purchased credit amount. If you do not recognize a charge or have any question about your bill, please contact us first at contact@seventysouls.com — we resolve billing issues quickly, typically within one business day, and this is usually much faster than a card dispute.

7. Delivery of credits

Credits are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, the purchased credits are added to your Orb account balance automatically and immediately — there is no physical shipment. If your credits do not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact contact@seventysouls.com and we will resolve it.

8. Right to cancel and immediate performance

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract (for example, a 14-day withdrawal period under UK or EU consumer law), you acknowledge and agree that, by purchasing credits and beginning to use them, you request immediate performance of the contract and that your right to withdraw is lost once the digital content has been supplied and used. This does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; access or use it through scripted means, scraping, or bots; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringes the rights of others; impersonate any person; or use the Service to make decisions about another person without a lawful basis. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Your content and messages

You retain ownership of the messages and information you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your User Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to deliver readings (see our Privacy Policy). Do not submit content you are not entitled to share.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, text, design, logos, and content, is owned by Seventy Souls Tech Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or payment abuse (including unwarranted chargebacks), or where required to protect the Service, other users, or our rights. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including those on credits, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orb and Seventy Souls Tech Group Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50). Some of these limitations may not apply to you, as described in the next section.

15. Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the law that applies to you. For example: in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; in the United Kingdom and the European Union, you have statutory rights regarding digital content and services; and in the United States and Canada, you may have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such non-excludable rights, those rights prevail.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seventy Souls Tech Group Ltd from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you reside, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
