Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or to purchase credits. By using Orb you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Not professional advice

All readings, guidance, and content provided through the Service are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on any reading.

3. Credits and purchases

The Service uses virtual credits to access advisor sessions. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, are non-transferable, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law or under our Refund Policy. The exact number of credits and the price are shown before you pay. All payments are one-time charges — there is no subscription or recurring billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

4. Fulfillment and delivery

Credits are a digital product. After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, the purchased credits are added to your Orb account balance automatically and immediately — there is no physical shipment. If your credits do not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact contact@seventysouls.com and we will resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means, harass advisors, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
