We collect account information you provide (such as your name and email when you sign in with Google or Apple), your reading history and messages, and usage data such as device and analytics events. Guest sessions are created with an anonymous identifier.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, deliver advisor sessions, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited details needed to deliver credits, but we do not store your full payment card number. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Service providers

We share data with trusted providers that help us operate the Service, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Stripe (payments), and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

5. Data retention and your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your associated profile data.
