We want you to be satisfied with every reading. This Refund Policy explains how our 100% satisfaction guarantee works.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a reading, you may request a full credit refund within 24 hours of the session. Approved refunds are returned as credits to your Orb account.
How to request a refund
Open the app and use the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” option on the home screen, or email contact@seventysouls.com with your account email and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the reading in question. We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated refunds after full use of purchased credits. Unused credit packages may be refunded to your original payment method at our discretion or where required by law.
Payment method refunds
Where a refund to your original payment method is issued, it is processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
